After initial contact, one of our Registered Nurses will contact the client or family member to schedule an assessment. Based on the assessment, and with participation from the client and/or family member, the RN will develop a care plan that fits the needs of the client. The care plans are updated to reflect changes in the client's needs/condition. Every effort is made to assign a Service Provider who will be most compatible with the client.

Utlize knowledge and apply the latest and greatest technologies in the integration space including API Gateway, BizTalk, Managed File Transfer, and Cloud Integration. Provide production support and participate in cross technology training. Joining a collaborative team, ideal candidates value teamwork and knowledge sharing. Analyze information from various sources to identify options and communicate recommendations. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support end-users; Work with staff (end-users) to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing; Present information that summarizes overall technology status and trends for business level review; Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested by management; Analyze requirements for software programs or application enhancements; Resolve complex technical design issues; Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability; Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues; Create detailed programming specifications; Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents; Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges; Write or modifies code for complex software programs and components; Design and update software database, Web Site, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces; Development of technical specifications and plans; Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages; Support and clarify direction in times of change in order to minimize confusion or disruption to business processes; Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization; Review documentation and ensure standards are being met; Achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues; and provide comprehensive support to internal end-users.
Requires BS Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field OR equivalent experience of 12 years in Software Development. Must be proficient with API development, LINUX/UNIX, and MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
